USA Travel Process
We would like to present before you a great opportunity to work on International Project. It’s a Travel Support to customers worldwide who calls or contacts your call centre for information and details of offers and rates.
TRAVEL PROCESS OVERVIEW BELOW:
How it Works ?
> > You will receive a call from a customer looking to buy an airline ticket, You will look into the availability of flights and quote the customer with consolidated fares including your markup.
> > Let's suppose :
> > Mr. A called in to book a flights to fly from New York to Chicago, You access the amadeus and check for the availability of the fares and it was coming upto a cost of $200 USD. You quoted it to $300 USD and customer agrees to pay. You booked the reservation and send it to us. We will issue the tickets and charge customers card including your markup of $100 USD and transfer your markup amount to your account.
KEY POINTS :
- Start-up Capacity: 5 seats (minimum)
- Expandable as per performance.
- Payment Cycle: Biweekly
- Payment Holdback: We charge 50% refundable & 50% non refundable security money of 5 lac to create campaigns (against any chargeback or penalty from airline.)
- Payment Mode: Wire Transfer into company's account
- Agent Per shift: 30 Login in 1 shift (Details in Agreement)
- Single agent can generate profit $8000 minimum in worst to worst situation and maximum $15000-25000 in a month.
- Sales Target: Nil
- Sign up: Onsite Sign up
- Call Cost: $5-12/call
Please have a look at the products and services which we provide in travel set up.
1. We will provide Amadeus for generating PNR and for ticket issuance. Amadeus registration and set up cost is $150 Seat Annually. $ 25/month for maintenance
2. Proof of Premise In USA (We already have company in USA.)
3. We will help to provide the experience staff as well if needed
4. PPC expert can also be appointed for the firm. (PPC CHARGES $5-12/CALL) minimum 10 calls required for each agent.
5. Payment will be charged on our gateway and we will charge 30 % from profit amount and 4% for every Card And (Charges for per ticket issuance is For Domestic USD $15 with 19%(15+4) and International 20$ with 19% (15+4)merchant fees paid by agent.)
6. GK PNR amount below 300$ the Cost will be USD 50 + 4% Merchant Charge And For of the amount above 300$ the charges will be flat 20% + 4% merchant Fee paid by agent.
7. REFUND FEE 60$ and cancellation fee 60$ will be paid by agent. 4. Ticket can be voided within 24 hours free of charge.
8. FXL USD 50$ paid by agent. TAT will be 24 hours for issuance.
9. Debit Memo and all kinds of penalty would be paid by Agent.
10. Chargeback fee USD 75$ and has to be taken care by agent with all supported documents.
