First funded deal paid out in one week is at % 50 estimated at $500 CAD MIN Second funded deal paid out in one week is at % 60 estimated at $600 CAD MIN

Third or more funded deal paid out in one week is at % 70 estimated at $700 CAD MIN
Pay cycle is bi weekly on Friday’s net 7 for any funded deals in prior week

Conversion to FUNDED STATUS onappsis 100% dependent on quality,
average conversion rate is 1/20 for high quality apps MUCH LOWER WITH BAD APPS

 Needed Centres for posting the leads into clients portal, these leads generated through Call
Centres.
 You have to purchase the portal link which would specifically Allocated for desired centre.
 Scope of Work: Centres would be provided with the leads through online Google sheets, they
have to post the leads into the portal.
 500 Leads will be provided for 5 Seats. It means if a centre is going with 5 seats will be able to
post only 500 leads in day. Will be given additional leads once the posting is completed. Terms
given below.
 Centre has to work according to the US time zone as Mentioned Above.
 Centre would be working for 24 days in a month except Sunday.
 Centre will be provided unlimited access for the database after 3 months of consistence
performance.
 Centre will be working for day 1 too day 15th
 Reports will be released on 17 th day from the work start date.
 On the Basis of reports payouts will be released on 19 th day.
